Before building, we thoroughly collaborate with our clients in the design phase. Our home remodeling process is constructive, exciting, and unique to the industry.

Design is a process of exploration into the best use of space and function within the realm of investment. Discovering the best design for you may take several attempts. It is our belief that anything is possible and we work diligently to accomplish this goal with you.

Home Design Agreement Presentation

We will meet in the conference room at our office to discuss your project in more detail and establish a practical, realistic budget together. We will offer you a Design Agreement to sign. Our goal at this phase is to produce a Description of Work document that details precisely what you want to achieve and how Levco Builders intends to accomplish it. Additional time may be necessary with our architect to solidify a plan. Once a cohesive plan is in hand, we can send you on a guided home remodeling shopping trip to select the exact materials you would like to include in your project. We will direct you to our preferred vendors, most of whom have great designers on staff. We offer additional assistance if necessary, because this step can be tricky to keep your selections in harmony with your budget. Near the end of this phase, we will schedule a meeting at your home with our key subcontractors to solidify the final variable we need to prepare our bid and time line for completion. Once we have prepared the documents, we will invite you for the remodeling presentation.

Home Remodeling Agreement Presentation

This also occurs at our office. We will resolve any lingering questions we have and share the final version of the Description of Work document along with bid for your approval. If you choose not to remodel then our Design Agreement obligations are satisfied. If you choose to proceed, we will offer you a Remodeling Agreement to sign. This agreement details our duties and responsibilities, as well as explains our milestone payment schedule. The agreement also authorizes us to produce construction blueprints, obtain permits, and order time sensitive components to launch the construction phase.

Home Construction Phase

We hand deliver a remodeling notification letter to your neighbors and install signage to identify the project for deliveries. A final walk through is performed to verify that everything is set for success. Construction begins with dust and surface protection, then demolition followed by an orchestrated series of events that result in a completed project.
