Joe Prin handed the microphone over for the first time in 29 year history of his Home-Fix radio show.

A mutual friend Jeff Mooney introduced us formally over lunch one day last year the Bar Granika and we hit it off. Since then there have been a hand full of guest appearances to all sorts of accolades.

I have been given this honor as a result of our common love for remodeling and helping others to understand things that we have learned along the way.

I did my best to honor Mr. Prin by carrying on his wonderful radio show tradition in my own way. My first solo flight was a success. Here is a snap shot of what we talked about.

  1. An article that came out in Consumer reports about remodeling.
  2. When and why you need to get a permit.
  3. I will have a guest, Designer Patricia Dunlop from Fine Kitchens & Baths Here in Boise.
